About Me
Originally a school teacher when I first graduated college, I have been in private practice as a clinical social worker for the past 25 years.  During these years I have worked in various settings with adults, children, groups, couples and families.  I have extensive experience in working with abuse victims; both child and adult.   I generally approach the problems and issues facing my clients with a cognitive/emotive perspective, trying to help people understand the origins of their problems and then developing practical solutions.  Family, couple, and child therapy has always been a specialty for me.  My greatest asset as a therapist is experience.
