About Me
Welcome! I know these are hard times for many of us. More than ever, we need to feel understood and supported as we face our challenges head on, and there is no shame in seeking therapy. We can all heal and grow when we find a safe space with someone who gives us the compassion, dignity, and respect we need to feel like truly understood.
As a therapist with over 16 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I provide a warm and personalized approach that integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you meet your goals. I specialize in helping people work through significant traumas, personal crises, and life transitions that have them feeling stuck, alone and only surviving. It is my firm belief that the right approach to therapy, with realistic strategies for healing and change, we can achieve healthy, sustainable results.
I primarily work with clients 15 years old and up. I am most interested in helping people to cope with and overcome the disruptive symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, women’s health issues, relationship abuse, and addiction. Additionally, I have a special interest in all issues related to parenting, especially single parents and coparenting.
I invite you to contact me to start your healing journey.
